STORE POLICY

General Policy:

DEPOSITS • There is a $30 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment.

LATE POLICY
• I understand things happen so there will be a 10 minute grace period.
• Any time after 10 minutes will result in a $15 late fee that will be added to your balance. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• No call/No show will result to card on file being charged
the remaining balance. Insufficient funds will be banned.
•Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE. Please be kind to give a 24 hour notice.

AFTER HOURS
• Same day appointments / Squeeze-ins are an extra $40 fee.

• After/Before Hour Appointments are $50 fee on top of your set price.

YOUR APPOINTMENT
• Please do not come with any oils, lotions, or makeups around eye area. All contacts will have to be removed as well.

• I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHERS WORK! This will result in a lash removal and new set.

• Refills should be scheduled 14-21 days from your original appointment date. Clients are allowed 2 refills on the
same set.

• In order to book a refill clients MUST have 50% or more
lashes remaining anything less will result in a new set
